Primoz Roglic (Jumbo-Visma) took stage win number 3 at Paris-Nice, crushing the breakaway dreams of Gino Mäder (Bahrain Victorious) in the closing metres of the summit finish atop Valdeblore La Colmiane.

The Slovenian beat the Swiss rider, who was the final man standing from the day’s early break, by two seconds to extend his lead at the top of the standings. 2020 winner Max Schachmann (Bora-Hansgrohe) took third at five seconds.
